Burley Minerals Limited has announced the early closure of its oversubscribed Share Purchase Plan (SPP), initially aimed at raising $500,000, due to overwhelming investor demand. The SPP, which complemented a prior $1.3 million placement at $0.05 per share, will see excess application funds returned and shares issued on May 6, 2024. The company expressed gratitude to shareholders for their robust support and will disclose the SPP’s results after final reconciliation.
