Burley Minerals Limited’s director, Bryan Dixon, has increased his indirect interest in the company through on-market purchases, acquiring an additional 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of $6,822.52. This acquisition brings his indirect holdings via Warrior Strategic Pty Ltd and Warrior Finance Pty Ltd to a total of 1,355,000 fully paid ordinary shares, alongside substantial performance rights and unlisted director options.
