Burgundy Diamond Mines Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Anshul Gandhi as a director of the company effective from August 1, 2024. In a recent Initial Director’s Interest Notice, it was disclosed that Gandhi holds an indirect interest in the company through 100% ownership of Kama Capital Pte Ltd, which owns 120 million ordinary shares. No direct securities are held by Gandhi in the company, and there are no interests in contracts to report at this time.
