Burgundy Diamond Director Adjusts Share Holdings

Burgundy Diamond Mines Ltd (AU:BDM) has released an update.

In a recent update by Burgundy Diamond Mines Limited, Director Michael O’Keeffe has altered his stake in the company through a transfer of shares. Specifically, O’Keeffe moved 4,430,000 fully paid ordinary shares from Eastbourne DP Pty Ltd, where he is a director, to his personal holdings. This adjustment has brought his direct personal share count to 6,930,000 ordinary fully paid shares.
