Burford Capital Limited, a prominent finance and asset management firm, has issued 8,629 new ordinary shares to fulfill the vesting of awards under its 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan. These shares are slated for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and will also be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The move brings the company’s total number of voting rights to 219,421,376, excluding treasury shares.
