Burberry Group PLC successfully passed all shareholder resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, with significant support for each motion, including the reappointment of directors and the approval of the company’s Annual Report and Accounts. The board notes the re-election of Antoine de Saint-Affrique as a Director, despite some shareholder opposition, and commits to further engagement with concerned shareholders.
