Burberry Group PLC has announced that Alan Stewart, the company’s independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair, will be joining Haleon plc as an independent Non-Executive Director starting September 1, 2024. Stewart is set to chair the Audit & Risk Committee at Haleon plc from October 1, 2024. This move marks a significant crossover in top-tier financial governance roles within the industry.
