Burberry Corrects Director’s Share Purchase Date

Burberry (GB:BRBY) has released an update.

Burberry Group PLC has announced a correction to the shareholding disclosure made for Alan Stewart, a Non-Executive Director, stating that the purchase of 124 shares at 743.1758 pence each was made on August 2, 2024, coinciding with the reinvestment of the company’s final dividend. All other details in the original announcement remain unchanged. This transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
