Burberry Group PLC has announced its issued share capital, reporting a total of 363,816,314 ordinary shares, with 5,232,720 held in treasury and not carrying voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company is 358,583,594. Shareholders may use this figure as a denominator for calculating notifications of interest or changes in their holdings as per FCA rules.
