Burberry Group PLC has announced that as of July 31, 2024, its issued share capital comprises 363,816,314 ordinary shares, with a total of 358,583,594 shares carrying voting rights, as shares held in Treasury are excluded. Shareholders can use this total voting rights figure to assess changes in their shareholding interests in accordance with FCA rules.
