Bunzl plc has recently completed a share buyback transaction, acquiring 36,161 ordinary shares at prices ranging from £36.64 to £36.74 per share, for an average of £36.7041 each. Following the repurchase, the company plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will leave them with 338,158,532 ordinary shares in issue. Since initiating the buyback program, Bunzl has purchased a total of 168,281 shares at an average price of 3,604.33 pence per share.
