Bunzl plc has repurchased 102,062 of its own shares at an average price of £34.29 per share as part of its ongoing buyback program. The shares will be canceled, leaving the company with 333,880,772 ordinary shares in issue. This move is part of Bunzl’s strategy to enhance shareholder value through the reduction of its share capital.
