Bunge Limited (BG) has provided an announcement.
Shareholders at Bunge Global SA’s 2024 Annual General Meeting greenlighted their new Long-Term Incentive Plan, earmarking an additional 5 million shares for it. They also approved the 2023 financial statements, endorsed the proposed dividend of $2.72 per share, and granted the Board and Executive Management Team discharge from liability for the past fiscal year. Re-elections of board members and executive compensation packages received shareholder backing, while the independent auditor for Swiss and U.S. law purposes was also reappointed.
