Bulletin Resources Limited (AU:BNR) has released an update.

Bulletin Resources Limited announces a fully underwritten entitlement offer aiming to raise A$293,613 by offering one Loyalty Option for every three ordinary shares held, at A$0.003 each, exercisable at A$0.10 until 2027. The offer, exclusive to eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders, underwritten by Westar Capital, will fund exploration activities and cover offer-associated costs. Shareholders must exercise existing options by the record date to participate, with the prospectus available on the company and ASX websites.
