BuildDirect.com Technologies Inc. has announced the granting of 650,000 stock options to certain officers and employees, and 80,000 deferred share units to two directors, as part of their Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. These incentives, aimed at long-term retention and alignment with company growth, will vest over several years, strengthening BuildDirect’s position as a significant player in the omnichannel building material retail sector.
