Buhler Industries Inc., a Canadian agricultural equipment manufacturer, has secured an additional $14.4 million CAD in long-term financing from its majority owner Başak Tractor, which will support the company’s sales growth. The loan, negotiated on favorable terms, is partially due in 2025 with full repayment by 2028, while the company is also re-negotiating its credit facilities with CIBC following a recent takeover. Buhler Industries produces various farming equipment under the Versatile and Farm King brands, with manufacturing facilities in Canada and the U.S.
