The latest announcement is out from Budweiser Brewing Co. APAC Ltd. ( (HK:1876) ).

Budweiser Brewing Company APAC has confirmed the final allocation of voluntary shares and restricted stock units under its share-based compensation plan, granting equity awards to CEO Yanjun Cheng, directors of certain subsidiaries and other employees. The CEO will receive 311,885 voluntary shares and 822,593 RSUs, connected grantees 342,416 voluntary shares and 933,151 RSUs, and other employees 2,587,865 voluntary shares and 5,258,300 RSUs.

Following these grants, the company retains substantial capacity under its scheme mandate limit, with between roughly 1.2 billion and 1.32 billion shares still available for future awards depending on whether new or existing shares are used. The sizeable remaining headroom suggests Budweiser APAC intends to continue using equity-based incentives as a key tool for employee and executive remuneration, aligning management and staff interests with shareholders while preserving flexibility for further grants.
