Bubs Australia Ltd. has disclosed that Director Reginald Weine has increased his indirect holdings in the company by acquiring 100,000 ordinary shares at $0.12 per share through an on-market purchase. Following the transaction, Weine’s indirect interest includes 350,000 ordinary shares held by Barnbougle Investments Pty Ltd and additional holdings through Muirfield Securities Pty Ltd, totaling 1,350,000 ordinary shares, alongside various performance rights. This change in director’s interest has been officially communicated to the ASX as required by listing rules.
