BTQ Technologies Corp. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for 2023, citing issues stemming from the restatement of its newly acquired subsidiary BTQ AG’s prior financials. The company is working with auditors to resolve these issues and expects to complete the filings by May 1, 2024. In the interim, BTQ has applied for a management cease trade order, which won’t affect shareholder trading, and will provide bi-weekly updates as per regulatory guidelines.
