BTQ Technologies Corp. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements due to complications arising from the restatement of the previous year’s financials after its acquisition of BTQ AG. The company is under a management cease trade order but assures that the trading of its shares will not be affected and commits to bi-weekly updates until the filings are completed. There have been no major business developments since the last interim financial report.
