BT Group plc has announced the appointment of Sir Alex Chisholm as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. He brings extensive regulatory, government, and business experience from his previous roles, including COO for the UK Civil Service and Permanent Secretary in the Cabinet Office. Sir Alex will participate in several of BT Group’s committees and focus on engagement with the UK communications regulator, Ofcom.
