At the Annual Meeting for the 2023 fiscal year, shareholders convened to cast their votes, with over 6 million shares represented to form a quorum. Directors were elected, including Gary Copperud as the Chairperson, with all nominees receiving substantial support despite some opposition and abstentions. Furthermore, shareholders ratified the appointment of Boulay, PLLP as the independent accounting firm for the year with overwhelming approval, cementing the company’s financial oversight for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.
