BSP Financial Group Ltd. ( (AU:BFL) ) has shared an update.
BSP Financial Group Limited has expanded the role of Group Chief Operating Officer Nuni Kulu, appointing her Group Executive, Pacific Markets, overseeing operations in Fiji, the Cook Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu. The move, effective 1 April 2026 and following the relocation of outgoing Pacific Markets head Paul Black, is intended to sharpen BSP’s regional focus and reinforce the leadership of its country heads as the bank pursues growth opportunities across the South Pacific.
The bank also announced that Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer Peter Beswick will retire on 31 March 2026 after a 15-year tenure that included leading Corporate Banking and playing a central role in the Modernising for Growth program and the creation of BSP’s Business Bank in 2025. His departure marks a significant leadership transition for BSP as it continues to evolve its organisational structure and execute its regional growth strategy, with implications for continuity in corporate banking and strategic initiatives across its South Pacific markets.
