BSP Financial Group Ltd. has disclosed a change in the director’s interest, revealing that Director Robert George Bradshaw has acquired 4,350 fully paid ordinary shares on-market for PGK 73,123.50. This is the first time Bradshaw has held shares in the company since the last notice on 1 August 2023, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
