Matagialofi Lua’iufi, a director at BSP Financial Group Ltd., has increased their stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 1,699 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of PGK 30,582. Following the transaction, Lua’iufi’s total holding in the company has risen to 14,117 shares. This change in director’s interest has been disclosed in compliance with market regulations.
