BSF Enterprise PLC, a leading UK biotech company specializing in tissue engineering, has granted Enterprise Management Incentive options over 2.4 million new ordinary shares to its employees, which represent 2.23% of the company’s issued share capital. These options, priced at 15 pence each, will vest over the next two to three years and aim to incentivize employees within BSF and its pioneering subsidiaries, 3D Bio-Tissues and Kerato, as they continue to innovate in the field of sustainable biotechnological solutions.
