This acquisition affects the company’s issued share capital, which now stands at 18,223,413 ordinary shares, with 6,389,672 held in treasury. Investors should note that for regulatory reporting purposes, shares in treasury are not counted, leaving 11,833,741 shares for consideration of market notifications.
