Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC has recently bought back 2,250 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1314.4444 pence each for treasury purposes, consequently adjusting its issued share capital to 18,223,413 ordinary shares. Investors should note that for regulatory reporting under the FCA’s rules, the 6,366,004 treasury-held shares should not be counted, leaving 11,857,409 shares for the determination of stakeholder notifications.
