Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC GBP (GB:BASC) has released an update.

Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC has enhanced its treasury holdings by purchasing 2,500 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1310 pence each. The company’s issued share capital now stands at 18,223,413 ordinary shares, with 6,371,004 of those shares held in treasury. Investors should use the remaining 11,852,409 shares figure for notifications of interest or changes in interest according to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
