Brooks Macdonald Group PLC has reported an acquisition of 1,201 shares by CEO Andrew Shepherd due to an administrative error, with shares purchased at £20.14 each. Shepherd’s total holding is now 39,733 shares, representing 0.24% of the firm’s issued share capital. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Market.
