Brookfield Renewable Sets New Dividend Rates

Brookfield Renewable (BEPC) has released an update.

Brookfield Renewable Partners has announced a new fixed dividend rate for its Series 3 Preference Shares, offering an annual rate of 6.519% for the next five years, starting August 1, 2024. Shareholders have the option to convert their Series 3 Shares into Series 4 Shares, which will carry a quarterly floating rate dividend of 2.940% above the Government of Canada treasury bill yield. The Series 4 Shares have been conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol ‘BRF.PR.D’.
