Brookfield Renewable Partners ULC has announced the creation and issuance of a new series of 4.959% Medium Term Notes, Series 18, due October 20, 2034, as outlined in their Fourth Supplemental Indenture. This move supplements the original Indenture from August 2021, setting terms and conditions for the unsecured notes and prioritizing them in the event of inconsistent terms with the original Indenture.
