Brookfield Corporation ( (TSE:BN) ) has shared an update.

Brookfield Corporation reported strong results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with distributable earnings rising to $1.6 billion and distributable earnings before realizations up 7% per share, supported by robust performance across asset management, wealth solutions and operating businesses. The company repurchased over $1 billion of BN and BAM shares year-to-date, declared a $0.07 per-share quarterly dividend, executed $17 billion of asset sales largely at or above carrying values and ended the quarter with $188 billion of deployable capital, while advancing plans to combine its corporate and insurance platforms and consolidating its position in insurance and U.K. retirement markets through the completed acquisition of Just Group.
