Brookfield Corporation announces the issuance of two new sets of notes by its subsidiary, Brookfield Finance Inc.: senior unsecured notes due in 2035 and 5.968% notes due in 2054, which are an addition to a previously issued series. These notes will be fully guaranteed by Brookfield Corporation and are expected to settle on June 21, 2024. The proceeds from the sale of these notes are intended for general corporate purposes.
