Brook Crompton Holdings Ltd. has announced a reorganization of its Board and Board Committees following the retirement of Dr. Knut Unger, who held multiple key positions including Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. The company is in the process of filling the vacancy to comply with Listing Rules, and has expressed gratitude to Dr. Unger for his contributions. The reconstituted Board will see Mr. Pang Xinyuan and Mr. Chao Mun Leong taking on new roles and responsibilities.
