Broncus Holding Corporation has transitioned to electronic dissemination of corporate communications to shareholders, in line with the new paperless listing regime effective December 31, 2023. Shareholders will receive communications electronically and can request printed copies if desired. They are encouraged to provide their email addresses to ensure timely receipt of important communications, with the option to revert to printed form valid for one year.
