Broncus Holding Corporation has announced that Ms. Ho Yin Kwan will be stepping down from her role as the company secretary, process agent, and authorized representative effective June 25, 2024. She will be succeeded by Ms. Suen Ka Yan, an experienced professional from SWCS Corporate Services Group, who has been appointed to assume these positions. The company expressed appreciation for Ms. Ho’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Suen to her new role.
