Bromat Holdings Ltd. has announced the closure of two significant food outlets, which contributed to over 65% of its revenue in a recent nine-month period, due to the end of lease terms. However, the closures are expected to positively affect the company’s net tangible assets and earnings per share as the outlets were loss-making. The company is also launching a new F&B concept, ‘Shang Society’, and is actively seeking new opportunities to grow its revenue streams.
