Broadway Industrial Group Limited has announced its intention to acquire the remaining 13.16% stake in BIGL Korea Co., Ltd. through its subsidiary, BIGL Asia, for USD 250,000. The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) has granted a waiver, exempting the company from needing shareholders’ approval for this transaction, even though the relative figures computed were negative, as per the company’s latest financial statements.
