Broadpeak SA has initiated a share buyback program following approval at the general meeting on June 12, 2024, with an aim to improve liquidity and share price, support employee participation, and facilitate corporate transactions. The program will allow the repurchase of up to 10% of Broadpeak’s capital, with a maximum purchase price of 6 euros per share, over a maximum period of 18 months.
