Brixton Metals ( (TSE:BBB) ) has provided an announcement.
Brixton Metals has closed a non-brokered private placement totaling about $4.05 million through the issuance of national and critical mineral flow-through shares at prices of $1.35 and $1.44 respectively. A finder’s fee of $30,000 and 20,833 compensation warrants exercisable at $1.44 until April 2028 was paid to an arm’s length party that introduced an investor, and all new securities are subject to a statutory hold period ending August 11, 2026.
The company plans to use the proceeds to fund qualifying Canadian exploration and flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures, focusing mainly on drilling and exploration at its Thorn Copper-Gold and Langis Silver-Cobalt projects. The financing strengthens Brixton’s ability to advance these key assets in copper, gold, silver and cobalt, potentially enhancing its growth prospects and reinforcing its position in the critical and precious metals exploration space.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:BBB) stock is a Hold with a C$1.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Brixton Metals stock, see the TSE:BBB Stock Forecast page.
