British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc has reported an unaudited net asset value of 57.50 pence per share as of 30 June 2024 and plans to publish an interim report soon. Additionally, they have announced an upcoming combined offer for subscription with British Smaller Companies VCT plc for the 2024-25 tax year, with details to be provided in a forthcoming prospectus.
