British Smaller Companies VCT2 Plc has declared an interim dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share, paid on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2024. Additionally, the company issued over 1.2 million new ordinary shares at 57.75 pence each under its dividend reinvestment scheme, with trading on the London Stock Exchange anticipated to commence around July 12, 2024.
