British Smaller Companies VCT2 has launched a new share offer for the 2024/25 tax year, aiming to raise up to £50 million with the potential for an additional £25 million. The share offer is open for applications from October 24, 2024, until March 28, 2025, unless fully subscribed earlier. The arrangement includes related party transactions, which have been deemed fair and reasonable for shareholders.
