British Smaller Companies VCT and VCT2 have received applications exceeding £25 million for their new share offers in the 2024/25 tax year, seeking to raise up to £50 million with an optional £25 million over-allotment. Early applicants will benefit from additional new shares, with the deadline for applications set for 28 March 2025, or sooner if fully subscribed.
