British Smaller Companies VCT ( (GB:BSV) ) has issued an announcement.

British Smaller Companies VCT plc has completed the second and final share issue under its 2025/26 subscription offer, allotting 45,900,519 new ordinary shares and raising £37.3 million, priced off a 31 December 2025 unaudited net asset value of 78.70 pence per share. Together with British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc, the combined fundraising under the offers reached £85 million, with £53 million raised by the main trust and the balance by the sister vehicle.

Employees and members of manager YFM Private Equity Limited subscribed for 103,208 shares in this tranche, increasing their aggregate holding to 1,459,635 shares and further aligning their interests with other investors. The newly issued shares are being admitted to the FCA’s Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market, taking the company’s voting share capital to 417,251,444 shares and providing an updated base for regulatory disclosure thresholds.
