British Smaller Companies VCT (GB:BSV) has released an update.

British Smaller Companies VCT PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting on September 10, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed, including the re-election of directors and the re-appointment of BDO LLP as auditor. Additionally, the company received overwhelming shareholder support for the annual report and the Directors’ Remuneration Report, as well as for the authorization to allot shares and waive pre-emption rights, even in connection with the company’s Dividend Re-investment Scheme.
