British Land Company PLC has announced the allotment of ordinary shares to two of its Non-Executive Directors, Irvinder Goodhew and Mark Aedy, as full payment for their quarterly fees. Goodhew has directed her shares to be allotted to her spouse, with the transactions occurring outside of trading venues in compliance with UK Market Abuse Regulation.
