British Land Company PLC has announced the award of free shares to its Executive Directors and key management personnel as part of the company’s Share Incentive Plan. The shares were acquired at a price of 407.22 pence each and involved a total of 884 shares per recipient, though the transaction was completed outside of a trading venue. The move aligns with the UK’s Market Abuse Regulation and involves top-tier management including the CEO and CFO.
