British American Tobacco Sets Quarterly Dividend Payment

British American Tobacco (GB:BATS) has released an update.

British American Tobacco PLC has announced their interim dividend for 2023 will be paid in four equal quarterly installments, with the November 2024 Dividend set at 58.88p per share and payable on November 1st. Shareholders registered by September 27th will receive dividends in sterling, except in South Africa where it will be paid in rand at an exchange rate specified by the company. South African shareholders will have a dividend tax deducted unless exempt, with the net dividend detailed by the company.
